Dr. Lucia Greer, DDS 

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Lucia Greer is a highly accomplished general and cosmetic dentist known for her gentle approach and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care. Her journey began in Santiago, Chile, where she earned her first Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious Universidad de Chile. Driven by a passion for growth and service, she pursued advanced education in the United States, earning a second Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the renowned New York University College of Dentistry—an honor reserved for a select group of international dentists.

Dr. Greer’s expertise spans the full spectrum of advanced dental care, including full-mouth reconstructions, crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and complex procedures such as implant surgery, molar root canals, and IV sedation. She is especially skilled in dental implantology, from single-tooth implants to full-arch restorations, as well as bone grafting, socket preservation, and same-day prosthetic conversions. Her mission is to help patients regain the ability to chew comfortably and smile confidently—restoring both function and self-esteem.

Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Greer continually hones her skills through advanced training with institutions such as the Misch Institute, Implant Educators, and the Las Vegas Institute. She is a certified provider of Invisalign and IV sedation, offering patients both aesthetic and comfortable treatment options. Her clinical approach emphasizes precision, safety, and pain-free techniques, including early detection of oral cancer.

Dr. Greer is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Florida Academy of General Dentistry. She is also a Fellow of both the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics—recognitions that reflect her advanced expertise and commitment to excellence in implant dentistry.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Greer builds strong, trusting relationships with patients from all backgrounds. Her warm, communicative style ensures every patient feels understood, informed, and cared for throughout their dental journey.

Outside of the operatory, Dr. Greer is passionate about community service. She is the founder and former president of Responsible Dog Owners of Miami Beach, a nonprofit organization focused on education, advocacy, and public safety. Her leadership and dedication earned her a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Miami Beach.

In her free time, Dr. Greer enjoys working out, visiting the beach with her two beloved Golden Retrievers, listening to audiobooks, and exploring new places through travel.
